Yesterday, BitDefender organized a formal launch event for their 2013 lineup of security solutions, in Bucharest, Romania. We decided to accept their invitation and learn more about the novelties bundled with their newest products. They revealed some interesting new features and we decided to resume our Security for Everyone series and have BitDefender Internet Security 2013 as our first guest.

Today, Microsoft confirmed that they are done with the development work on Windows 8. The new operating system has reached the official Release to Manufacturing (RTM) status. This means that Microsoft will now focus its efforts on the official launch of the new operating system - October 26.
