If you have installed a new display language and you no longer need to use it, you can save some disk space by removing it completely from your computer. This tutorial will explain in detail the procedure you need to follow for doing so.
Before starting the uninstallation process, you need to change the display language to a language you want to keep using after uninstalling the other display language(s). To learn how to switch to a different display language, read the 'Change the Display Language' section found in the second half of this tutorial: Install and Change to a New Display Language in Windows 7 Ultimate & Enterprise.
Once you have switched to a a display language you want to keep using, it is time to start the uninstallation process.
NOTE: This procedure applies to display languages installed via Windows Update for Windows 7 Ultimate & Enterprise and to display languages installed via Language Interface Packs (LIP) for Windows 7 Home and Professional.
Go to 'Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region'. In the Region and Language section, click on the 'Install or uninstall display languages' link.

This opens the 'Install or uninstall display languages' wizard. Click on 'Uninstall display languages'.

You are now shown a list of the display languages installed on your computer. You can uninstall any of the languages installed on top of the default one used by your Windows 7 installation. Check the languages you want uninstalled. When done, click Next.

The uninstallation process now starts and you are shown its progress.

When done, you are informed that Windows needs to be restarted in order to completely uninstall the selected display language(s).
Close the application you have open and save any work in progress. Then, click Restart now.

The computer is restarted and, when you log back in, the selected display languages are no longer available.
NOTE: Depending on the display languages you have installed, you might not receive any prompts to restart your computer. In such a scenario, simply close the 'Install or uninstall display languages' wizard.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: If you installed display languages using Vistalizator, you should uninstall them using the same tool. If you follow this procedure, Vistalizator still sees the display language as installed, even though it no longer exists on your Windows 7. If you try to remove it also from this tool, it will return an error message saying: "Sorry, the uninstallation failed!".
As you can see from this tutorial, the procedure for removing display languages is short and simple. If you have any troubles with it, don't hesitate to ask using the comment form below.
